The CWMT Wellbeing Challenge is a free interactive challenge that is usually sent out to schools but it has been adapted it for parents to do at home with their children.
The idea is to encourage young people to think positively about their mental health; it’s based around the ‘Five Ways to Mental Wellbeing’:
Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give.
The challenge is running for three weeks (Monday 4th - Sunday 24th May) and you could be in with the chance of winning a fabulous prize from Sharky and George.
