Dosbarth Port Eynon
Welcome to Dosbarth Port Eynon. This term our theme is 'Real life heroes vs Superheroes'.
What do you need to remember each week?
Mondays we will have outdoor learning in all but the worst weather. Please send in wellies/old trainers to be kept in school and ensure your child has a coat and if possible hat/scarf/gloves.
Tuesdays we will have PE, please ensure your child wears trainers.
Wednesdays we will be doing Enterprise this term in an exciting project with Mr Williams.
Fridays we will have a cookery session.
Please could we have £1.50 Weekly pocket money on a Monday for ingredients and daily class snack. Please note that any remaining class funds go towards our end of term trips.
Please remember to sign up to Class Dojo as our new means of communication between home and school. We will use it as a means of contacting you about any achievements, information or issues. Likewise it can be used to contact us instead of using home-school books.

What is Thrive?
Thrive is an approach to supporting the emotional development of our pupils. Thrive helps us to better understand the needs being signaled by their behaviour, and gives us targeted strategies and activities to help them better engage with learning. Thrive also comes with an online tool to assess and collate data on how our pupils are progressing in terms of their emotional development.
