Home Learning - March

Hello Dosbarth Limeslade!

How are you all? I hope you are all well, all of the staff miss you!

Below are some more activities to keep you busy this week. Remember to also keep using your log-ins for NumBots, Reading Eggs, Oxford Owl and HWB. I will look at and comment on any work that you save on HWB.

Literacy/Reading: You can listen to free books on Audible by clicking here. Can you listen to a new story and tell somebody about it? What happened in the beginning, middle and end?

Welsh: "Sut wyt ti?" Ask somebody in your house how they are in Welsh, like we do during circle time.

ICT: Watch the video about coding by clicking here and then complete the activity on the same page. Remember, you can always use the Hour Of Code website to practise your coding skills, like we have been doing in class.

Humanities: Watch the video about Good Friday and Easter Eggs by clicking here. Can you design your own Easter Egg? Use craft materials you have at home, use Jit5 Paint on J2E or download the template below.

Art: People all over the UK have been drawing rainbows to put in their windows for people to see when they are on a walk or from their houses. Use any art materials you have at home to make a rainbow and display it in your window to make people smile!

PE: Every weekday morning at 9am Joe Wicks is doing a free workout on his YouTube channel click here to go to his channel. You can join in live or watch anytime.

Maths & Science: Choose an activity (or two!) from the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) choice board here. Take photos of your work and save them on J2E so I can have a look at all of your amazing work!
