Newsletter Autumn 1-Week 3 2020

Rhossili Newsletter: Autumn 1 week 3

Wow! we are very proud of the children in Rhossili. They are settling in really well and making lovely friends. This week our sound and letter of the week was 'a' and our number of the week was '0'. the children took part in different activities and challenges to explore our sound and number of week. Our topic this-term is Musicals. In Literacy we started work on our musical focus ' The wizard of Oz'. the children were detectives and had the job to find the villain of the musical. In science we predicted what would happen when warm water was poured over the skittles, we all had fun watching and tasting the rainbow. We took part in music therapy session, and explored our senses in our senseology sessions. In cookery we created our own fruit cup rainbow. It has been a very busy but fun full week in school.

Wishing you all a lovely weekend.
