We wanted to incorporate the Royal Wedding into our learning but in a more appropriate and hands-on way for our students to be able to get the most from the experience. We are over the moon to announce that thanks to some AMAZING people and businesses in our community we were able to have our very own 'Royal Wedding' with Millie and Logan getting married at Manor Park, Clydach.
This week we introduced some new pets to class - caterpillars! We are really excited to watch them grow and turn into butterflies over the next few weeks!
Further to the event list we sent home, we just wanted to have an online version so that you can find all info of our March events here too.
Further to the letter we sent home with dates, we just wanted to have a place here where you can quickly see everything we have planned in February in Dosbarth Pobbles.
Dosbarth Pobbles would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Children will start back in school on Tuesday January 9th.

Tuesday 5th December - Please could all outfits be sent in for our Christmas concert. Anything reindeer themed will be fantastic! Thank you.

After this we are heading to Pugh's Garden Center to go through their Elf Kingdom and visit Santa at the end! The children really enjoyed this trip last year so we are excited to be going back again this year!

Friday 8th December - Our usual trip to Scallywags.
Uh oh - when we came in to class today someone had frozen our elf, Buddy Seren!! We are going to have to put on our detective hats and find out who did this! We have 4 suspects..
Something exciting happened today. When we came into school the construction zone that appeared on Friday had disappeared and in it's place was an elf's playground! Hiding in the corner by our classroom was an elf, sitting on a swing!
Further to the events list we sent home we just wanted to leave a note here with all upcoming events just incase.
As part of nursery rhyme week and safety week we took part in a crime scene investigation to investigate who pushed Humpty Dumpty off the wall. We had to look at our 4 suspects, read their information and then investigate the crime scene, looking for clues and work out who was the culprit.
